Anyone can practice yoga regardless of age, health, or level of physical fitness.
Yoga is practiced through a series of asanas or exercises which have evolved over centuries exercising every muscle, nerve and gland in the body. Their practice makes the body supple, increases strength and helps build a healthy immune system. The nerves are soothed and the mind is disciplined. With practice the student is able to achieve a harmony between the mind and body.
